Thanks for purchasing our products at Urban Galleria.

We DO NOT Offer Refunds although we do offer a favourable replacement policy which will be in effect if said conditions are met;

In case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product/products. In order to be eligible for a replacement you have to lodge your complaint through the number provided or Email us at the time of receiving the order. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and it is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- transit. If issues are not reported on delivery then it’s assured that products are delivered in excellent condition and complaints will not be catered.

Delivery dates are submitted without liability for delay however occasioned. The company will not be liable for any compensation/damage / refund of advance etc. for any deliveries made beyond the delivery date and time.

Replacement will be processed within 15 business days of receipt of the product by Decorsparadise, provided goods are received in acceptable condition.

On certain items like appliances & electronics brands, the warranty may supersede decorsparadise Returns Policy.
